We know you’re excited to get the good stuff. Here’s what to expect when you order from Organic Dog.

Shipping

Organic Dog orders are packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $70. Free shipping applies to eligible orders after discounts and before taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow a little time for the carrier to update the tracking details.

Shipping Delays

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other transit issues may affect delivery times.

Delivered But Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will do our best to help you with the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many Organic Dog products are edible, made for pets, or custom prepared, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on treats, toppers, chews, cookies, custom freeze-dried orders, or gift cards.

Unused non-food items, such as accessories, may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
